Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you route through LeadDocker, the accuracy of your connected GHL credentials, and compliance with any obligations owed to your clients or end users.
Billing and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled. If billing fails or your subscription lapses, access to premium workspace features may be limited until the account is restored.
Availability and Limits
We work to keep LeadDocker available and reliable, but the service is provided subject to technical limits, third-party dependencies, maintenance windows, and reasonable use thresholds.
